Where are you located? We are located in Europe (EU).
How can I buy products? All you need is to go to the category you are interested in or find product from menu. Put products in cart, choose quantity and then proceed to checkout. You can choose currency for price list and payment.
Do you have a minimum order? No.
If i can't find the desired product? Please contact us, we can offer more.

How to pay? Add products to cart - Go on to Cart icon - click on "checkout" button - click "Next" - fill billing and delivery form - click "next" - choose delivery method - accept terms and conditions - choose payment way and click on it - read payment details - click button "confirm order" - memorize your order reference.
I paid for my order, when my order will be shipped? We'll ship your order after we collected your money, normally we ship 1-5 business days after we collected the money, we'll do our best to ship soon as possible. Don't ask about shipping and tracking after few days order was placed, once it shipped, order status will be changed and tracking will be uploaded on the system, and no need every time ask when it will be shipped. If you haven't received tracking after one week, then please contact us.
Why my order canceled if i have paid? If you have paid, then you cam ignore cancellation notification, it's automated cancellation if payment not received within 9 days, if payment comes later, we will change status to payment accepted.
What is the cost of shipping? Shipping cost from 15 EUR per order. Orders over 200 EUR FREE shipping.
How we ship? We use Post registered/priority airmail. We ship worldwide.
What are delivery methods? 1. Registered priority airmail trackable. You or someone will normally need to sign for your package on arrival. If your local postal carrier is unable to deliver your package to the shipping address given (because there is no one there who is able to sign for the registered parcel) you will normally get a note by the postal carrier of where you can collect it from and you may need to contact your postal carrier to arrange a pick up time. If you do not contact your postal carrier the carrier may send the parcel back to the country of origin. The parcel will not be returned to us as we do not include a valid return address (for security reasons). In such cases, the parcel and its contents will be lost and we will not re ship a second time. If the package is stopped by your Customs (and you will receive a note from them if they do seize the package) or package not received more than 6 weeks, we reship the same order with 50% discount, but you must supply a clean, uncompromised alternate name and address. Any re shipment would only be offered on production of proof from the customer, that a package has been lost or seized. An example of proof would be a copy of a notice issued by a Customs authority. Cost 15 EUR. Orders over 200 EUR free shipping.
Please note: the delivery address you give us on your account details/order is where it will get posted to. If you make a mistake and package doesn't get to you then it will NOT return to us as we give false return address details for security reasons. We will not reship it and your original order will be lost.

How long will it take to receive my order? Estimated delivery time for our Shipping is: 8-21 working days to USA and Canada (North America). 3-10 days to Europe, around 21 days to South America, Australia, Asia and Africa. Be patient and wait for your package, we can't hurry up postal service, if you haven't received order after one month, then please contact us.
What your delivery success rate? To Europe EU countries 99%, the rest Europe 98%, to Usa 90%, Australia 80%, rest of the world 80-90%.
If order seized or lost, we reship the same order with 50% discount.
No reship policy for USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, no reshipping for items sent from UK and some other higher risk countries, also no reship policy for packages sent to Packstation. Please accept our apologies.
How are products shipped? We ensure that all packages are shipped with maximum discretion. Sometimes products are removed from their original boxes and repacked with extreme care and precaution, specifically to minimize shipment volume.
Is there a possibility for a shipping delay? There are occasions when delivery is delayed due to Postal Services procedures and during fest time, however in those occasions delivery might take a little longer, up to about a month.
Is it is illegal to order these products? The laws very different from country to country regarding these products so it is your responsibility to check with your countries importation laws before you make a purchase.
How old should I be before I can make an order? You should be at least 18 years old before ordering any of these products.
